VFX: Compositing and Environments/Set Extensions are our specialty. Photorealism whether it's in 2D or 3D is our goal. Our VFX are usually "invisible" because they are environments that blend in with the live action plates or VFX director based shots where we solve complex issues for compositors.
We use Nuke, Natron, SynthEyes, Modo, Blender, Maya, After Effects and PhotoShop. On occassion we even code our own extensions on Nuke, Modo or Blender to automate pipeline and achieve complex goals. For example for one client the green screen plates where very poorly lit and filmed. So we created our own keyer for this problematic situation using Python and OpenCV.
EDITING: FEATURE FILM QUALITY EDITS
Because we have experience in writing and directing as well, we can edit your products to tell the story as it was meant to be. We go that extra step for you.
We edit very organized, using the principle of shots, scenes, sequences and whole film hierarchy.
That way changes in your edits are done faster and with less risk than how some people approach edits (one big 2 hour time line with all the individual shots strewn across the time line).
SCORE:Unique music for your production.
We specialize in 80s Synthesizer and Guitar based scores as well as Piano ballads.
Sounds that John Carpenter horror fans can relate to as well as 80s pop lovers. We play all the instruments the old fashioned way (with our hands!) We can take copyrighted temp tracks and convert them in something very similar but unique enough to avoid copyright infringement,
